All of these countries seem to be in different stages of development, which helps the audience to understand that child neglect and abuse is rampant around the world, no matter what living conditions one may be in. It unfortunately shows us that it takes many different forms, many of which we are not accustomed to here in the US. I think the main purpose of this video is to expose the lives of these children and to create awareness. - Marlene

Ich mag das Leid. I think the song is about homeless people, specifically referring to the children's aspect of it. The song is definitely trying to make people feel bad for other's that are more unfortunate than them.

I also thought this song was really sad because there where a lot of homeless kids and it really made me thankful for what I have.Overall, i really like the sound of all of her songs.
